Picking from multiple locations and batches

Overview
This is used when stock is planned to be held in more than one location within the warehouse or you are using batches and you want to specify which batch to reduce.
Process: Menu Screen : DISPATCH AND RECEIVE GOODS-SALES ORDER DISPATCH

1. Press Print under ‘Pick List’ column, on Pick List you can see available batches and location of dispatched product.

1. Press Add under ‘Dispatch Items’ column to select location goods are dispatched from and press Update
2. Stock will automatically be reduced from picked location.

Dispatching products from multiple batches

1. When products are booked in from a purchase order or manufacture against different batches the system will suggest which batch to use depending on the date it was booked in
2. Print a picking list so system can suggest the batches and their location to pick the product from
3. Pick the product including the batch number
4. Stock will automatically be reduced from the batch at that location
