Page Configuration

The WBS pages can be fully configured to meet a customers specific requirements. Basic page configuration as listed below can be easily carried out by the customer where as more advanced configuration has to be done by the WBS support team.
Typical configurations commonly cover the following items but are no means limited to this.

Setting up different layouts and users

Every user of the was system has a unique user name and password but every user belongs to a user group and a user group may have many users. The user group has a layout of screens and menus so each group of people can have different layout for example Office may be one user group and every user in the office has the same layout and Stores maybe a different user group with their own users. Changing page layouts

Numerous columns or cells can be added to any screen and each item can have its own data type such as date,tick box,general text etc. columns can also be renamed , hidden, moved or widened as required.This makes WBS ideal for adding additional information to any process.For more information Click here to see the detail

Adding totals and other calculations to screens

Any column can have a total displayed above and the calculation can be easily modified.

Setting standard filters to any screen

Any screen can have a filter applied for example products we sell maybe one screen and products we sell may be another screen.

Adding user definable menus

User can add as many user definable menus as required and these can be specif to a particular user group for example manufacture may want to see products we make and sales products we sell. Click here to see the detail

​This is just a brief overview of the level of configuration within the WBS system and full documentation is available in the WBS configuration section when you switch configuration ON. Remember to switch configuration off again when complete or it will slow the system down.
